Natural Freedom Home Care provides short-term and long-term home health care for people with special needs, the elderly, and to people who just need an extra hand to get through different stages of their life. This could be long-term elder care to allow you or your parent(s) to stay in their home, help with chores, and do the things you used to do on your own but now need assistance. Or it could be short-term in home care to help during pregnancy, an illness or injury. We promise to provide in home care with a committment to quality service and support to allow you or your loved ones to have the help they need to maintain their freedom and independence.
We provide home care to our neighbors here in Rochester Hills, and in the rest of Oakland County: Rochester, Auburn Hills, Troy, Birmingham, Royal Oak, Novi, West Bloomfield and surrounding communities.
Yes. Our friendly, experienced and caring personnel are screened, supervised, fully bonded, licensed and insured.
Yes. We have an entire staffing department that handles our staffing needs. They will work closely with families and with our Support Coordinators to help match you with the right care givers.
It is very important that our care givers create a bond with your family and loved one needing care. When possible we will provide the same care givers that you can get to know and trust. Sometimes it's not possible for the same person to be there every time. If your loved one's needs require care for many hours in the week, it may be necessary to have more than one care giver who will be there to provide assistance.
We have an entire staffing department that handles our companies staffing needs. Our Staffing Coordinators work closely with Support Coordinators, families and our own supervisors to determine the appropriate staffing needs. Our staffing department also makes weekly to semi-monthly follow-up calls to each consumer and/or their family to ensure we are providing the highest quality service.

Our Professional Nurses and Therapists participate in ongoing professional training to keep their skills current. They are friendly, experienced, and most of all, caring. All Natural Freedom personnel are thoroughly screened, supervised, fully bonded, licensed and insured.
No. you don't need a physician's authorization to use Natural Freedom Home Care's services. Just let us know what services you need, when you need them, and how often and we will put together a plan and determine the right care givers. It is entirely up to you to decide whether Natural Freedom's Home Care Services are right for you and your loved ones.
Absolutely. We can provide elder care for whatever period of time you require.
Yes. If you are having a difficult pregancy, or just need a little help during and after pregnancy, we can help.
